Awakening to the Sacred...
Welcome ~ thank you for visiting my website! This project has been marinating in my consciousness for over a decade, and all of sudden, I received the message to proceed. Here, you will find offerings of ways to move into the stillness of Spirit, using the time-tested modality of yoga, mindful meditation, sacred connection, and conscious breathe to help you re-discover your Sacred Light Within.

We are all deeply connected to Spirit ~ the Sacred Source that makes us who we are. In the moment we are born, we are connected to the Great Divine ~ the Sacred Energy of life, birth, love, consciousness. This ocean of energy encircles us, moves around us, through us ... as us. This Sacred Energy that manifests IS us!
Breathe is life. Breathing is evidence of life. The breath is our Spirit ~ an awareness of breath is a consciousness of Spirit. When we connect with our breath, we 'tune-in" to true ourselves. In the stillness, we awaken to the Sacred that is the Source of who we really are.

Energy Movement & Transforming Self
Our energy body is a store house of information. As our brain remembers, so does our body.
Through sacred movement and relaxation therapy, we release stagnation and transform energy that is "stuck" in our physical bodies.
The flow of breath and conscious movement allow us to be channels for light, love and creative energy. Over time, our awareness becomes more expansive as little by little, we continually practice moving out of us what no longer serves our highest and best good.
We use the practice of the energy movement in our body temples to bridge the self (little s) and our true Higher Selves (Capital S).
We become divinely 'tuned-in" ~ wisdom arises to guide us at every decision, we intuit what is ours to do what isn't ours to take on, freeing us from habit energy and enabling the surrender of our hearts to The Divine.

Remembering Self
A deep knowing, a sense of joy, peace, divine guidance...these are all our sacred birth rights.
Meditation is a journey inward. In life, as in meditation, our paths vary. Our individual journeys become the reflection of who we are and the practice of non-attachment allows us to continue evolving. In the company of our Spirit, we find expansiveness, remember and re-discover the freedom of Spirit.
We begin to recognize the inner light of our Soul ~ the still small voice of wisdom that each and every One of us is born with. We understand the purpose of why we are born, and relentlessly live life to fulfill our purpose of being.
To be still enough to experience the expansiveness of our inner world is to honor Spirit through breath. When we return to breath, we remember who we are... and what we are called to do in this lifetime.
